Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India. Remote areas and certain pin codes may have extended delivery timelines. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability and estimated delivery time for your location.

Pre-Order Deliveries

Pre-order items have estimated dispatch dates mentioned on their product pages. These dates are subject to change based on manufacturer timelines. We will notify you via email if there are any changes to your pre-order delivery schedule.

Packaging

All diecast models are carefully packed with protective foam and bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take special care with limited edition and rare models.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

If your order is delayed or you have not received it within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
