By using Minicarszone’s website (Minicarszone.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including any future revisions. These terms apply for an indefinite period and govern your access to and use of the website and any orders you place. This Agreement defines the rules for visitors and registered users (the “End User”, “You”, or “Your”) when accessing the Company’s website and ordering products.

Packaging & Shipping

Packaging

• Minicarszone packs items carefully but cannot guarantee that outer packaging, acrylic cases, or non-essential packaging will remain flawless during transit unless explicitly stated for a product.
• Minor cosmetic marks that do not affect a product’s functionality are not eligible for return.
• If you need special or upgraded packaging (for gifts, etc.), contact us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping

• Shipping charges shown at checkout are payable by the Buyer unless a listing specifies “Free Shipping.”
• Delivery will be made to the address you provide at checkout. If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to the Seller, re-shipment fees or deductions for returns will apply. The Seller is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address or contact details.
• Provide an active, Indian-issued mobile number capable of receiving OTPs; courier partners commonly require this for delivery.
• If the buyer is unavailable at delivery, or provided address/contact details are incorrect, the shipment may be returned to Minicarszone and additional shipping charges for re-attempts will be charged to the buyer.
• Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address and contact details cannot be changed.
• Delivery times are typically 7–28 working days from order confirmation depending on location and product availability (pre-order items follow separate timelines). We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within 7–12 working days where possible. All timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• For time-sensitive needs (events, gifts), order well in advance—recommended 15–21 working days. Delays caused by logistics or reasonably estimated timelines are not valid reasons for returns or refunds.

Pre-Order Policy

• Pre-order delivery estimates are approximate and may change due to production, shipping, or other unforeseen factors.
• Pre-orders are final at confirmation; buyers should review product details carefully before placing pre-orders.
• Refunds are not available for pre-orders except where required by applicable law or if the Seller cancels the pre-order.
• Minicarszone may change pre-order prices; such changes apply to all pre-orders.
• Minicarszone may cancel pre-orders for reasons such as insufficient stock, production problems, or discontinuation; in those cases a full refund will be issued.
• Pre-order disputes will be addressed through Minicarszone’s official communication channels.

Communication Channels & Requirements

• Email is the primary channel for order-related communication, complaints, or disputes (other than initial product inquiries). Use the email address registered with your order or the company email listed on the website. Messages from unregistered or third-party email addresses may not be answered.
• When filing a claim, include the correct Order ID in the subject line, provide a detailed description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video plus relevant photos or videos to help speed resolution.

Miscellaneous

• Orders may involve third-party payment processors and courier partners; their policies and timelines may apply and can affect dispute resolution.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue to apply.
• Minicarszone may modify or update these Terms and related policies at any time. Material changes will be posted on the website; continued use of the service after posting indicates acceptance.

Orders & Pricing

• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• Prices are shown in INR and may change without notice.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Pre-order prices are subject to change based on availability and landing costs. We will inform buyers of any price changes via email.
• Automated confirmations, checkout previews, and preliminary invoices are not final tax invoices. The final tax invoice will be issued and included with your dispatched package. After your order is processed, you may request a copy of the final tax invoice.

Order Acceptance, Contract Formation & Cancellation

• Order confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation page and an automated confirmation email containing the order details. These are for your records and do not constitute final acceptance.
• Contract formation: A binding sales contract is created only once the Seller has received full payment. The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any order and may cancel any order at its sole discretion.
• Refunds on cancellation: If the Seller cancels an order, refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or via wire transfer. Refunds will be processed within 8–15 bank working days from the cancellation date.
• Prohibited conduct: Any threats, defamation attempts, or other malicious actions against Minicarszone through social media, public posts, forums, or other channels may lead to legal action.

Intellectual Property

• All website content, including logos, images, graphics, descriptions, branding, and text, is the property of Minicarszone or its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

• Minicarszone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from purchases or the use of products.
