Pre-Order Policy

• Nature: Pre-orders are based on manufacturer announcements, distributor allocations, and expected availability.
• ETAs: All estimated arrival dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, allocation, shipping, customs, or supplier issues.
• Confirmation: Pre-orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Cancellations: Pre-orders are generally non-cancellable once confirmed; cancellation requests may be declined at Minicarszone discretion.
• Allocation shortages: If we cannot fulfil a pre-order due to allocation or supplier cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
• Manufacturer changes: Manufacturer alterations (packaging, wheels, decals, accessories, paint or specifications) are not valid reasons for cancellation or refund.
• Combined orders: If you buy in-stock and pre-order items together, the order may be split; in-stock items may ship immediately while pre-orders remain pending.
• Balance payments: For deposit pre-orders, you must pay the balance within the communicated timeframe. Unpaid orders after reminders and a final notice may be cancelled and deposits forfeited; cancelled items may be released to others.
• Refunds: Pre-order payments are non-refundable except when we cannot fulfil the order, the manufacturer cancels the product, or allocated stock is not supplied.
